This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs how clients, visitors, and users (“you”) may use the Songify.me website, services, and deliverables. This Policy is designed to protect Songify.me (“we,” “our,” “us”), our customers, and the public from misuse, abuse, or harmful activity.

By using Songify.me, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Songify.me, its services, or any deliverables we provide for:

  1. Illegal Activities
    • Any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.
  2. Harmful, Offensive, or Infringing Content
    • Creating, promoting, or distributing content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
    • Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including unlicensed samples, lyrics, or musical works you do not have rights to use.
  3. Violence and Abuse
    • Content promoting violence, terrorism, abuse, or exploitation of any kind.
  4. Misrepresentation and Deceptive Practices
    • Implying that Songify.me endorses or is affiliated with a project without our prior written consent.
    • Misrepresenting the authorship or origin of works created by Songify.me.
  5. Technical Abuse
    • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, disrupt, or damage our website, systems, or networks.
    • Using automated systems (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) without our permission.

2. Our Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates this Policy, poses a risk to our brand, or is otherwise inappropriate. If a project is canceled due to a Policy violation, eligibility for a refund will be determined according to our Refund Policy.

3. Consequences of Violations

Violating this Policy may result in:

  • Refusal or cancellation of service.
  • Removal of publicly available content released under the Songify.me label.
  • Takedown requests to streaming services.
  • Legal action if necessary.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and continued use of Songify.me after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
