Refund Eligibility
Songify.me offers custom-made digital products (songs, jingles, audio tracks) created according to customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, full refunds are generally not possible after work has commenced.
However, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we provide:
- A reasonable number of revisions to address your concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Partial refunds at our discretion, depending on the project’s progress and the nature of your concern.
Refund Requests
To request a revision or a refund consideration, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact form with your order details and specific reasons for dissatisfaction. We’ll review your case individually and respond promptly.
Circumstances Where Refunds May Be Issued
- Project cannot be completed as agreed due to unforeseen issues.
- Significant deviation from the original brief, which cannot be reasonably rectified through revisions.
No Refund Circumstances
- Simply changing your mind after work has begun.
- Issues related to personal preference clearly outlined in your initial brief.
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery.
