Songify.me – Customer License Certificate
This License Certificate applies to all customers of Songify.me who have purchased custom music services. By accepting delivery of a completed work, you agree to the rights and terms outlined below.
1. Granted Rights to All Customers
- Full Commercial Rights: Customers may use the work for any commercial or non-commercial purpose, including reproduction, distribution, streaming, broadcast, synchronization, and derivative works.
- Worldwide & Perpetual Use: No geographic or time limits apply.
- Transferability: Customers may assign or sublicense these rights to third parties, subject to applicable law and platform policies.
2. Rights Retained by Songify.me and Third-Party Providers
- Songify.me and certain third-party generation providers used in production each retain a non-exclusive, perpetual license to host, use, reproduce, perform, display, adapt, distribute, and otherwise use the work for the limited purposes of operating, maintaining, improving, and marketing their services. These provider rights are not subject to opt-out, withdrawal, or removal requests.
- Songify.me may publish the work on streaming platforms with the same or different ISRC codes, allowing for dual-label availability.
3. Warranties
- Songify.me warrants that the work was created using tools and processes that permit commercial use of outputs under current paid plans.
- Customers warrant that any materials they provide do not infringe third-party rights.
4. No Exclusivity or Uniqueness
Generative systems may produce similar or identical results for different users who provide similar prompts. The work is provided on a non-exclusive basis, and uniqueness is not guaranteed.
