Songify.me Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 1, 2025
Welcome to the Songify.me Affiliate Program! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our affiliate program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during signup.
- We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions
- Commission Rate: 15% of the net sale amount (after any discounts, refunds, or chargebacks).
- Eligible Products: All standard Songify.me custom song services.
- Ineligible Sales: Commissions are not paid on your own purchases, fraudulent transactions, or orders canceled/refunded within 30 days.
3. Tracking & Attribution
- Referral tracking cookies last 60 days from the first click.
- Lifetime commission window: 180 days for repeat purchases from referred customers.
- The first affiliate to refer a customer during the tracking period receives the commission.
4. Payouts
- Payout Method: PayPal (you must provide a valid PayPal email in your affiliate dashboard).
- Minimum Payout: $25.
- Payout Schedule: Paid monthly, 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale was completed.
- We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent or suspicious activity.
5. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates may promote Songify.me via websites, blogs, email newsletters, and social media channels.
- No spamming, misleading claims, or impersonation of Songify.me.
- No bidding on “Songify.me” branded terms in paid ads without prior written permission.
- Content must accurately represent our service and pricing.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using affiliate links for your own purchases.
- Cookie stuffing or link cloaking to generate false referrals.
- Misleading or deceptive marketing practices.
7. Termination
We may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for violation of these Terms or any unlawful activity. Upon termination, unpaid valid commissions up to the date of termination will be paid on the next payout cycle.
8. Modification of Terms
Songify.me reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Songify.me is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to this Program. Our maximum liability to you is the total commission earned and unpaid to you under these Terms.
